Return Policies

In Store Return

Purchases made in store are eligible for return within 7 days for store credit only.

Online Purchases with In-Store Pickup

Purchases made online that are picked up in store are eligible for return within 7 days for store credit only.

Online Return

1) All shipped online return items must be received by Odeon within 10 days of the receipt of your order for a full refund.

2) Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and with the tags still on. 

3) Please also include a note with your return item(s) detailing the reason(s) for the return.

4) Shipping is nonrefundable.

Holiday Return

Gifts purchased in December can be returned until January 7th for store credit only.

Shipping Policy

Odeon currently uses a varied rate scale based on weight and location being shipped to. We also offer in-store pickup as well as curbside pickup. Unfortunately, Odeon has discontinued international shipping. If you are an international customer and would like to place an order, please feel free to contact us with your request!
